The driven-pile system adopts the direct pile-driving method into soil, eliminating concrete pouring and large-scale earth excavation. No curing waiting period is required, which greatly simplifies foundation construction. The whole structure is made of high-strength hot-dip galvanized steel with a thick anti-corrosion coating. It resists moisture, salt and alkali, and is not prone to rust in coastal and open-field environments. All structures pass load verification with reliable wind and snow resistance, offering stable long-term support for PV modules.

拍桩支架采用直接打桩入土工艺，省去混凝土浇筑、大面积土方开挖等工序，不用等待养护周期，大幅简化基础施工流程。整套支架选用高强度热镀锌钢材，防腐层厚实，耐潮湿、耐盐碱，沿海、野外露天环境下不易锈蚀，结构经过荷载验算，抗风抗雪性能可靠，长久稳固支撑光伏组件。

The product features modular prefabricated design with standardized components and pre-drilled holes. Only bolt assembly is required on site, with no cutting or welding. With professional piling equipment, piles can be driven into the soil rapidly. Construction proceeds faster than traditional concrete foundations, shortening the overall schedule and enabling earlier grid connection. Pile driving depth, mounting height and module tilt angle are all adjustable to accommodate undulating terrain and layout requirements of different plots.

产品采用模块化预制设计，配件标准化、孔位预先加工到位，现场只需要螺栓拼装，无需切割焊接。借助专业打桩设备，桩体可快速植入土层，施工速度优于传统混凝土基础，有效压缩工期，帮助电站尽早并网。桩体打入深度、支架高度、组件倾角均可灵活调整，应对地势起伏，适配不同地块的排布需求。

Compared with conventional foundation solutions, driven-pile mounts reduce consumption of sand, cement and other materials with less earthwork, delivering better overall construction cost performance. When the project is decommissioned, piles can be extracted and recycled. The disturbance to the original land is minimal, facilitating land reclamation and meeting the land-use requirements for agrivoltaic projects.

对比传统基础方案，拍桩支架减少砂石、水泥等物料投入，土方工程量少，综合建设成本更优。项目后期拆除时，桩体可拔出回收，对原有土地扰动小，便于土地复耕，契合农光项目的用地要求。
