The system adapts flexibly to varied roofing profiles using two primary anchoring methods. For standing seam roofs, custom non-penetrating clamps attach directly onto the raised ribs, locking securely via torque-controlled bolts without piercing the roof sheet, thereby completely eliminating leakage risks. For trapezoidal metal roofs, high-strength aluminum L-feet are fastened into the purlins using specialized self-tapping screws fitted with weather-resistant EPDM sealing washers, establishing a durable, watertight mechanical seal. Both anchoring options link seamlessly with standardized aluminum guide rails to support quick PV module alignment and layout adjustments. 

在方案构成与结构设计上，系统根据彩钢瓦瓦型采用针对性的锚固逻辑。针对暗扣直立锁边屋面，系统采用无穿透专用铝合金夹具，直接夹持于瓦棱凸起边缘，通过紧固螺栓提供强劲摩擦力，完全避免开孔带来的漏水隐患；针对梯形波峰彩钢瓦，系统选用高强度L脚配件，配合带耐候EPDM橡胶垫片的自攻螺栓直接固定于屋面檩条，构建起紧密贴合的防水隔绝层。两类锚固件均可与标准化铝合金导轨快速连接，支持组件的横向或纵向规整排布。

Constructed predominantly from AL6005-T5 high-tensile aluminum alloy with surface anodization, complemented by SUS304 stainless steel fasteners, the entire structure exhibits excellent mechanical strength and resistance to atmospheric and electrochemical corrosion. The components undergo rigorous static calculation and wind tunnel testing, meeting stringent global engineering standards for wind resistance and snow load capacity. Factory pre-assembled clamps, modular grounding pins, and sliding rail nuts significantly reduce on-site assembly steps, lowering labor costs and ensuring consistent, code-compliant array installation. 

主体构件选用经过表面阳极氧化处理的优质AL6005-T5高强度铝合金型材，紧固件全套采用SUS304不锈钢材质，具备优良的抗风载、抗雪压能力与耐电化学腐蚀特性，适应高湿度、工业盐雾等复杂户外环境。晨科在出厂阶段对导轨卡扣、夹具底座及接地构件进行了高度预装配设计，施工人员在屋面仅需简单的螺栓拧紧即可完成导轨滑移锁定与组件快速压接，大幅压减高空作业时长，降低安装成本与施工误差。
