Targeting the green transformation needs of local industrial and commercial sectors in South Korea, this 3MW colored steel roof PV project makes full use of the idle space on large-area colored steel roofs of industrial and commercial plants, realizing efficient resource utilization as a “rooftop power station”. The project adopts Chiko’s independently developed PV mounting system specially designed for colored steel roofs. With core advantages including non-penetrating design, high-strength anti-corrosion materials and high adaptability, the system perfectly fits local roof structures. It avoids damage to the roof waterproof layer during construction, withstands complex local weather conditions in South Korea, and ensures long-term stable operation of the PV system.
